¼ cup organicgirl® white cheddar dressing
1 large apple, cored and sliced
½ large, ripe avocado, pitted and sliced
2 ounces sliced soppressata, cut into thin strips
in a large bowl, toss greens with dressing and arrange on plates. top with apple, avocado, and soppressata. sprinkle with black pepper.
