1 package (5 ounces) organicgirl® baby arugula
¼ cup organicgirl® lemon agave dressing
¾ cup pitted fresh cherries or ⅓ cup dried cherries
⅓ cup shelled roasted pistachios
⅓ cup crumbled fresh goat cheese
4 thin slices prosciutto
in a large bowl, toss arugula with dressing and arrange on plates. top with cherries, pistachios, cheese, and prosciutto.
