12 ounces dried gemelli pasta
1 tablespoon fine sea salt
1 package organicgirl® true hearts butter, plus! lettuce, roughly chopped
8 ounces smoked salmon, flaked
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cup organicgirl® lemon agave dressing
2 tablespoons capers, drained
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill


bring a large pot of water to a boil, add pasta and salt, and cook according to package directions. drain, rinse well under cold water, and drain again.

in a large bowl, toss pasta with lettuce, salmon, tomatoes, dressing, capers, and dill. serve chilled or at room temperature.
