3 ripe bananas
1/4 cup of canola oil
8 strawberries, de-stemmed
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 1/2 cups of whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
3/4 cup of sugar
1/8 teaspoon of salt
preheat oven to 350°F.
puree the SUPER SPINACH!, bananas and strawberries in a blender.
in a medium-size bowl, combine flour, sugar, egg, oil, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. add the blended ingredients into the bowl and mix well.
place muffin cups in a baking pan and spoon the batter into the cups. Bake for 20-30 minutes. allow muffins to cool and enjoy!
