1 pint cherry tomatoes
½ cup plus 1 tablespoon organicgirlⓇ lemon caesar dressing, divided
1 teaspoon fine sea salt, divided
¼ cup fresh chopped basil
1. preheat oven to 400°F.
2. on a large baking sheet, toss tomatoes with 1 tablespoon dressing and ½ teaspoon salt, and arrange in a single layer. roast until browned, about 20 minutes.
3. cook pasta according to package directions. drain, reserving ¼ cup of cooking liquid, and return pasta to the pan over medium heat.
4. stir in reserved pasta cooking liquid, remaining ½ teaspoon salt, tomatoes and remaining ½ cup dressing. cook just until heated through, and arrange on plates. top with basil.
