1 large head broccoli, cut into florets
1 tablespoon preferred vegetable oil
½ teaspoon fine sea salt
8 ounces soba noodles or whole wheat spaghetti
½ cup organicgirl© herb goddess dressing
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
preheat oven to 400°F.
on a large rimmed baking sheet toss broccoli with oil and salt until evenly coated. roast until broccoli is crisp-tender and has begun to brown, 15-17 minutes.
while broccoli roasts cook soba noodles or spaghetti according to package directions. drain well and transfer to a large serving bowl.
gently toss with dressing.
top soba noodles with roasted broccoli and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
