1 pound cooked shrimp, cut into ½” pieces
1 avocado, pitted and diced
¼ red onion, diced
⅓ cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
2 serrano chilies, thinly sliced into rounds
½ cup of lemon agave dressing
tortilla chips, for serving

directions

in a serving bowl, toss shrimp, avocado, onion, cilantro, and chilies with dressing. serve with tortilla chips
