1 package (5 ounce) organicgirl© baby bok choy 

½ cup organicgirl© avocado cilantro dressing 

1 small jicama, peeled and cut into ½” cubes 

1 large mango, peeled, pitted, and thinly sliced 

3 red radishes, thinly sliced 

1 medium avocado, pitted and diced 

2 green onions, thinly sliced 

¼ cup toasted pepitas 


  1. in a large bowl, toss greens with dressing, and divide between 2 bowls.
  2. top salads with jicama, mango, radishes, avocado, green onion, and pepitas.
