2 tablespoons butter, softened
4 slices whole grain bread
½ cup organicgirl® white cheddar dressing, divided
½ sweet-tart apple, cored and thinly sliced
4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
1. spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. on the other side of each slice, spread 1 tablespoon dressing. place bread on a countertop, dressing-side up. on two of the slices, place apples and cheese. top with the other slices, butter-side out.
2. place a skillet over medium heat. cook sandwiches, flipping once, until golden brown on both sides.
3. slice diagonally and arrange on plates. if desired, serve with an additional ¼ cup dressing for dipping.
