3 medium sweet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 8 wedges each
2 tablespoons preferred vegetable oil
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 small lime, halved
1 bottle organicgirlⓇ bleu cheese dressing
1. preheat oven to 450℉.
2. on a large rimmed baking sheet toss sweet potatoes with oil and chili powder. spread out in a single layer and roast until tender and browned, about 30 minutes.
3. sprinkle sweet potatoes with lime juice and serve hot with bleu cheese dressing.
