¼ cup organicgirl® pomegranate balsamic dressing
1 grapefruit, peeled and cut into rounds
1 orange, peeled and cut into rounds
1 avocado, pitted and sliced
⅓ cup sliced almonds, toasted
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint, optional
in a large bowl, toss greens with dressing and arrange on plates. top with grapefruit, orange, avocado, almonds, and mint, if desired.
